How should I care for my Strategic clothing?

As a general rule, wash with cold water to avoid shrinkage as much as possible and reduce damage to clothing fibers. Hot water is more damaging to clothing, and causes more shrinkage. When drying, it is best to hang dry or use low-heat, as this also helps reduce shrinkage / damage. For clothing with printed graphics, it is always best practice to flip the clothing inside out before washing and drying. This prolongs the life of the printed graphic(s) in the long-run. It is also best practice to observe the guidelines printed on the clothing tags.

 

When will I receive my package?

We use USPS to ship. We are located next to a post office, so once you place your order it will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends / holidays). Once your package is brought to the post office, you will typically receive your items within 2-3 days*. Once the package is dropped off, it is out of our hands, so if USPS is overwhelmed with other packages it may take longer than usual.

Where can I find my tracking number?

If your order qualifies for a tracking number (most clothing orders do) you will be emailed one once your order ships. If you don't see an email right away, make sure to be checking your spam folder.

 

Do I have to pay customs or international fees?

If you place an order and are located outside of the USA your order may be subject to additional custom fees or charges. International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, tax fees, or any other charges that may occur when importing Strategic products into their country.

 

I received my package, but I got the wrong item(s). Now what?

We take extra care to make sure you get exactly what you ordered, but in the rare event that you receive the wrong item(s) please email us with your name, order number, and a brief explanation. Then we can work out an exchange.

Are returns accepted?

If you aren't satisfied with your order we offer a 100% refund (excluding shipping) for products that are unworn and in their original packaging. If you simply ordered the wrong size or the item doesn't fit, shoot us an email with your name and order number and we can work out an exchange.
